Really the only factor to consider is the precise location in Williamsburg. Bedford Avenue – around the L stop – and then close to the waterfront, is the most prime part of Williamsburg. This is the area that you can get the highest amount of rent. Depending on the size of the apartment and what amenities are inside it, you could get a lot of money for rent – maybe as high as $10,000.
As you travel further east, prices aren’t as high, but they’re still high. It’s important to remember that most renters consider as far as Montrose Aveune on the L train Williamburg. That’s as far east as Bushwick Avenue if you’re looking at a map.
Either way, Williamsburg is Williamsburg, New York City is New York City – any apartment is capable of renting if its priced accordingly with the market.
