I’m currently offering landlords a discounted broker fee for select NYC apartment listings. I understand that building expenses continue to add up, so I’m willing to be flexible on commission and work out an arrangement that makes sense.

A reduced fee does not mean reduced service. You’ll still receive the same professionalism, responsiveness, marketing, showings, applicant screening, and attention to getting the apartment rented.
